b) Using the contact and scheduling form and my e-mail address

If you send me inquiries via the contact or scheduling form or use my e-mail address for correspondence, the information you provide there, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. I do not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of your data in the event of corresponding inquiries takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to me is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations that took place up until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The data you transmit will remain with me until your request has been dealt with, either you revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Data filled in the forms on the webpage will automatically be deleted after 14 days. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

According to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of the GDPR, the data processing is required for the stated purposes for an appropriate provision of the consulting services and for the fulfillment of the contract. If a contract is concluded, the personal data collected for this purpose will be stored until the statutory storage obligations have expired and then deleted, unless you have consented to further storage in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

d) Right to object

If the data is processed on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter e or f GDPR, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons that arise from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. If your personal data is processed in order to operate direct advertising, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising. If you object, your personal data will then no longer be used for direct advertising purposes (objection according to Art. 21 Para. 2 GDPR).
